The bottle you're referring to requires 3 pills per dose to reach 9000 IBUs. https://www.walmart.com/ip/550418...85b9da1684

So apples to apples it's 23.7 cents for the same amount of Lactase as one pill from the Costco brand.

MacGromit, thanks. The nice thing about the Costco version is that they are individually wrapped, so I can keep a couple in my wallet, backpack, etc. without taking the whole bottle.

Whenever I drink Costco or Walmart store brand milk especially if it's a bowl of cereal, I get stomach problems and need pills like this. But when I pay for more expensive brand milk brands like Trader Joe's or others like Berkeley Farms (not lactose free), no problem at all! Anyone else have this issue?? Otherwise the in-warehouse price for these caplets is excellent.

Proteins maybe? Some people drink A2 only protein milk instead of A1/A2 (regular milk) and it solves their stomach problems. Not sure if that could be the difference. Maybe TJ and others have less of the A1 protein
