What's the point of the ceramic coating? Doesn't the coating rub off eventually anyway?

They are light and the blades stay sharp. I cooked professionally for many years and if I ever forgot my knives at home, there were my favorite house knives to use.

I have a set from 10 years ago that I still have yet to use. Pretty much indistinguishable except for different colors from this set

I really like these types of knives. They work pretty good for their price, and especially with the included sleeve they're a great 2nd set to have around in a drawer for multitasking and for taking outside the house to the office, a picnic, or BBQ for example.

Don't let the color fool u. These knives are great. Got them as a gift last Christmas Eve for hosting and we use them daily.
