A really good deal for 2 batteries and a charger. While Home Depot does put this on sale, many times it is sold out.

There are plenty for ship to store and delivery, but it's not showing up as in-stock at any of my local stores. That's ok because delivery is free, so it saves me a trip anyways.

They also have three 2.0 amp max on sale for $110 w/o the charger. I like the 2.0 because they are smaller and lighter weight on the tools.

These have been "on sale" for this price so often the past few years it is basically the regular price. There are always better deals in batteries from combo pairings.
