If you don't need the portability then it does get a higher smoother framerate on other systems. I'm about 2 hours into it on the switch and it's not bad... but I feel I have pretty humble standards for what a switch game should be and only ever played it undocked.

I had no problems playing the game almost entirely in handheld mode on an OLED switch with a game card version.

When my son was playing on his gen 2 non-oled switch on the tv and asked for help, I felt like I had some trouble with the timing and responsiveness.

I really enjoyed the game - highly recommended at this price.

There's some lag with some of the late game bosses with all the special effects and parrying, but it runs really well. There are challenge areas that require really tight reflexes and timing, and I was able to get through most of them.

Then buy the physical version. I really don't get the point of your type of comment.

Great deal even for just a code. Fun game and will be buttery smooth on a Switch 2. Dlc can usually be gotten on sale if you even want it.
