FYI. The 1TB build is only $66 more. Yes, it has less memory. Far easier to add RAM later verses the hard drive.

Everything pretty solid except for the screen. 45% NTSC Color gamut, only 250 Nits, and TN panel will have bad viewing angles. Should be OK for basic indoor office work, though.

Warning: TN panel will be horrible. Price isn't horrible for the machine otherwise, but I think you can do better.
