Samsung.com -> https://www.samsung.com/us/smartp...38uakexaa/ it shows $969.99. Why this Costco option is a deal?

Are you serious?

When it was launched we all bought it for $850 without trade in. With a s24ultta trade in you can spend $100 to upgrade. The deal has since appeared every once a while.

It's $1270 USD when you factor in CAD to USD. Still a premium but not as extreme. At this time we don't have a good place for Canadian deals to go.

This was never available for $100 with trade in, otherwise I'd have one. Samsung's prices after trade-in haven't been in the $100 range since the flip3 to flip4. Nor was it available for $850 at launch without being tied to a 2/3 year plan w/ bill credits. The $850 deal is very recent (this week).

That being said, this post here is definitely not a deal at $1778.
