Why should it? This is not a gaming laptop, nor is it primarily a creator laptop. The integrated graphics are powerful enough to carry out the use case scenarios this laptop is intended for. It's a portable convertible laptop; squeezing a dGPU in it is going to affect the battery, in addition to the OLED display, and add to the thermals.
Also, which 14" OLED business-grade convertible do you see offering a 4070 or above at this price? I'm sorry, but comments like this are of no help to anyone.

Just Josh did a laptop battery test on his YouTube channel and had this as the longest battery of any laptop. It even beat macs by a good margin.
