Never used the OXO pops but I really like the Rubbermaid brilliance. Have used them for a year they're holding up well.

Yes, I tried both and stuck with these. I think I have 15 of them now. We bought a food item once that came with moths. Gross, I know. They would feed on the smallest amount of flour or crackers etc. These containers are completely air tight and were the best defense against them. The Oxo ones also held up well, but I feel these are of better quality.
