Right now Lowe's is running their on going buy Bosch batteries and get free tools with a deal I've not seen before. Usually the "free gift" tool is bland like a drill or angle grinder. With some regularity they'll offer the Profactor 7-1/4 battery miter saw. But right now they are offering the 10" battery miter saw.

Personally I did a pack of the batteries a few weeks ago and got the 7-1/4 and love it. It's got some nice feature, and an 8AH battery (not included but one that I had) lasts forever with it. But I would have preferred this deal but it wasn't offered at the time --- Bosch or Lowe's decided to add it to the deal midstream which I've not seen before. So I bought another pack of batteries and got a 10" big brother for my smaller one and will just marketplace all the extra batteries to get the saws free (since I have tons of Bosch batteries already)

This is the Item number on my order: Item #5273813 Model #GCM18V-10SDN. you use my link to look for the saw, then change zip code until you see store has it in stock. then you go into the battery page and then add the battery and the saw in, i try to add them separate and it wont work. you have to add the saw from the battery combo. the trick is once you found store that has item in stock, it will make for store pick up but if you keep adding and change to ship it will eventually let you ship it.

when you on the website, it will say notify, but on top right you will see where you can select different store. try different zip code untill it show available

for me, i just change the store to where the saw available, the zip code up on the right top corner still my home zip code. when i had everything in the cart, i try to select ship to home before i proceed with check out.
If i remember correctly when i select the battery i select option shipping, that way it will force the saw to ship instead of pick up at that specific store that available

EDIT. i dont think it work anymore, LOWES fix the glitch, im sure last week when i browse thru the store to find available, there is no option for shipping, or shipping is free. When i just try again just now, the option for shipping is $79m it wasnt there last week

The 10 inch miter was showing OOS for me in the last 2 days, I opened the app today and found that there's one from a store 40 mins away from me, both pickup and shipping option are disabled, but it let me placed the order with delivery option (+$10). I got the items in just 2 hours, totally worth it. Good lucky everyone, check back often you might see one restocked Smilie

I have that hf saw too. It's incredibly heavy to move outside to use yet too big to fit on a 24" workbench. So yeah, I'd say it's an upgrade.

Was able to find a 10" miter saw by doing what everyone else suggested and find it at a random store in UT. I was able to get it shipped to my house at no extra cost. There might be more 10" miter saws expected on 11/20. I saw that date briefly when searching on the website but it's just a guess.
