If you live in an area with scorpions, you can use this at night to make sure you're aware of where they are.

Honest question. What is a good use case scenario is this for?
I use a UV light to cure resin. You can get decent size bottle cheap on Amazon that are both flexible and firm when cured. Lots of odd little uses for these!

Good for recharging kids' glow in the dark stuff. I have a tiny one that I've used to charge up stick on stars, this one would probably be a lot faster (brighter)

Newegg has the same brand, one of each for $29.99 plus Amazon has one of each same brand for $19.99.

Rock hounding. Lighting up UV discs for disc golf. Checking for scorpions in your tent. Curing resin prints. Checking IDs. Hvac leaks. Checking hotel rooms for cleanliness/human fluids. Lots of things. In for 2

Thats just not true. 395 is in the human visible light range, and much better for things like lighting up disc golf discs. In fact 395 is pretty much the top tier option for this, and 365 is not. It just depends on application needs. Fish tanks much prefer high nm ranges up into the 400's, for example.

Charging anything glow-in-the-dark, detecting cat urine on carpets, checking ID's as a bouncer at a club.

I don't know anything about disc golf and have never seen it mentioned in any UV talk, but for the things most people use it for, what I said is true. Especially for scorpions, which is one of the main reasons. 395nm puts out a lot of visible light, which you don't want. It's also abosulutely true that the cheaper lights are almost always 395nm.
