I know you are joking, but I did recently found out that you are taller laying down than standing up because of the decompression/compression of your spine in respective positions.

I've always stayed away from anything I plug in that isn't UL or ETL certified. Doesn't look like these are.

Not sure what you are getting at. They plug into the outlet, so they don't need a battery. This isn't an emergency light, it's a nightlight.

It's very confusing, many of the reviews mention 'batteries' as well, some complaining the batteries don't last while other people say they love that they don't have batteries but are 'rechargeable'. If they are rechargeable, there's a battery somewhere people! It's almost like some of the reviews are for a slightly different product? And if there is a battery, you'd think it would automatically charge via the outlet to begin with, so you shouldn't need to take any action to recharge any battery, but people also complain that the battery charges don't last very long. Very confusing.

What link? No link says anything about a battery. Nothing in the description says battery.
Some reviews talk about batteries, which is for a different product. Seller uses same page to rotate different items on same page, and currently no battery ones are an option.
