Unlock policy:
Verizon Value will remotely unlock the phone when it becomes eligible for unlocking, provided it meets the following conditions:
- The cellphone must be in working condition and turned ON.
- The cellphone has not been reported stolen or lost and there are no indicators of fraud.
- The cellphone was activated with Verizon Value service by purchasing and redeeming an airtime plan on that specific phone ("Activation")
- For all cellphones Activated prior to November 23, 2021 on any carrier network and all cellphones Activated on the T-Mobile or AT&T networks on or after November 23, 2021, the cellphone will be remotely unlocked upon customer request after twelve (12) months of active paid service.
- For all cellphones Activated on the Verizon network on or after November 23, 2021, the cellphone will be remotely unlocked automatically 60 days after paid Activation and 60 days of paid active service.

How to Initiate the Unlock Process
Complete the unlock:
If you received a code, power off your phone, insert a new SIM card from your desired carrier, power it back on, and enter the provided unlock code if prompted.
If the phone was unlocked remotely, inserting the new SIM should allow it to connect to the new network without issues.
1Q) What if you don't have a pSIM? All my SIM are eSIM? Will a not-active old pSIM Work?

For clarification, that necessitates another stand alone purchase (a TF BYOP sim) and not doable within the entirety of this deal.
Trying to find a use for the 1 yr plan (she absolutely won't leave Spectrum nor will she buy a new phone from them but complains nonstop)
Please correct wherever I am wrong but even best case scenario, her Spectrum plan can't be tied to the new phone until 60 days after activation. Then she'd be new phone/old plan.
Sim is tied to phone so Trac plan couldn't be used away from the new phone and in the Pixel until AFTER the 60 days waiting period if ever.
The pivot being the "TF BYOD sim" which isn't relevant here and a secondary purchase?
My overall goal is to get her Spectrum plan on the new phone as soon as possible (seems 60 days from activation) and get the Trac phone plan to my backup Pixel ASAP but assuming burning off at least 60 days of the plan a la new phone waiting period?

The phone itself won't be able to be moved/on Spectrum until 60 days after activation?
And the plan ALSO must be only on the QVC phone that same 60 days?
Can I esim (looks like the 3a supports it) the plan over (but must wait out 60 active days of QVC phone and plan tied together?) and have backup service on the backup 3a I can burn off over the rest of the year?

You're correct, phone has to be unlocked to be activated anywhere else & must have the 60 days of service first to qualify for unlocking before service can be moved to different phone.

In my experience the phone only has to be activated, and unlocks 60 days after activation. It does not have to have 60 days of activation, just 60 days AFTER activation.
For address, if you live in a house, just tag with a different APARTMENT NUMBER.
There are plenty of places where you can get a free email account.
Use a virtual CC number, or buy a pre-loaded Visa card from Dollar Tree.
