I own a ton of EB gear but I'll be damned if this doesn't look like a black trash bag with a zipper.
Unfortunately, most of the lower end rain gear is basically just that - recycled plastic bottles rolled into a sheet of thin plastic and cut/sealed into the shape of a jacket with a zipper. Completely non-breathable, sticks to you just like a Hefty would. It should keep you dry though.

Maybe an older model? Looks the same to me. Figure with free returns until 1/31 it's worth a try.
