I made one out of 4" PVC tubing for a wider grip and it cost more than this in materials!

These will give you a crazy forearn pump. Its also super easy to just build your own. And you may ask yourself if you even need direct forearm work.

I made one of these with a stick and a rope 30 years ago in high school. It still works great. For $10 it might be ok but I'm not sure about these grips - 1 will they hold up 2 they look really small (1.1")

Great way to get tennis elbow in both arms, at the same time!
I don't think so. Forearm strengthening exercises reduce risk of injury to wrist and elbow

Not even. I finish my pullup day with 30lb on one of these and it's actually helping imbalances between my wrists and elbows

Made my own from PVC....like 1" and 3" diameter.
With no center guide, it forces left/right balance when rolling up

I have this and the middle piece is it not wide enough for the rope. It goes all over the place when you're working and reeling the rope up.

Tennis elbow is caused by, wait for it, tennis type movements. I had horrible tennis elbow for a couple years from playing defense in ice hockey- lots of sweeping of my stick with only top hand on it. There is a device called a flexbar that is very effective at treating it, for anyone out there that wears the little brace and pounds NSAIDS like I was doing with no relief. I had to stop playing for a while, the pain was unbearable and I'm a hockey guy LOL.

If you have basic gym equipment you probably don't need this. Gallon milk jug (as a weight), paracord/rope, pvc/barbell/baseball bat
