Thank you. I was ready to pay either in cash or card but the verizon store agent said since I bought this phone at Walmart I cannot pay it off at his store. Can I call customer service to pay it off?
You can't call and pay it off before 30 days so paying at store is the only option. Doesn't hurt to check. I suggest visiting another corporate store/talking to the manager.

What's the process for Transfer the eSIM to an unlocked iPhone 13 with ATT? The community notes you referred to doesn't have the specifics. Is this confirmed working?
I did it with Xfinity Mobile (unrelated to this) by doing "Add eSIM" and "Transfer from nearby iPhone" from the unlocked iPhone. I can't recall if I needed a QR code issued by XM to scan and activate. Is it similar procedure with ATT, and do we depend on ATT to issue a QR code?
Yes as far as I know that's the process, I can't confirm as I have not done it personally but it should just transfer the eSIM to iPhone 13. The point here is no carrier involvement as they would issue you a new eSIM which won't for work for SIM unlock purposes.

Does the 3 day window start counting when the iPhone is shipped or when it's delivered to your home?
When the line is created which happens just before shipping it out.

Google Verizon corporate store around you. Verizon authorized resellers won't allow you to pay off. Did you go to an authorized store?
It was franchise stores. I don't have a corporate store at my place.

Same here. We still need to pay for 2 months of service AND a new line with its activation fee as far as I understand it. After the 2 months, we can then cancel the new line and pay off the iPhone in full and move it back to our existing original line. That means we're going to incur about $120 (2mo of service) and $40 activation, plus whatever sales tax if my math is correct. Im wondering if there is any way around this extra expenditure.
For existing customers it should work as an upgrade without a change in plans but if it requires change it plan you can open a new line, buy the phone, pay off, do eSIM swap to unlock and then cancel the line. The point here is not paying activation fee and the monthly charges for the line. See my detailed post before.

Because many are getting the iPhone for using it with other carriers

I created an account and noticed this message: "These devices aren't eligible to be paid off." Anybody has the same situation? Do I have to go to corporate store? Thanks.

What plan do we need to sign up for Verizon as a new customer? Is it $75 plan? Thanks.

It's pretty stupid that Walmart still has not been able to fix the issue with upgrades/add a line..

Seems like the availability of pro max models is kinda limited. There is out of stock in my area in about 5 stores at least. Seems like the only option is an online purchase.

For those who went to the Verizon corporate store to pay off, how complicated was it? Do you get $40 activation plus 1st month of service ($55 for me) back too? I bought 16 pro max with 256 GB, my pay off is $1099.
