What do you mean "don't transform"? I don't know anything about these but have two little grandsons that might like them ages three and four.

I wouldn't recommend these you have to build them lots of small peices. Transform into vehicle to robots hence transformers

These are not for 3 or 4 year olds. They are around 75 small plastic parts that you put together to create the figure. I actually bought 5 of these for my 7 year old and decided to open one up to take a look. Needless to say, all 5 are going back to Walmart.
