you can buy bronze plan - $35 on the last day from walmart.com and select Direct Top Up option and provide phone number.
https://www.walmart.com/ip/Straig...om=/search

Straight Talk has a "Reserve" system:

you can add a plan to your account before your current service ends. Straight Talk Extras+1
Plans you add to the Reserve are automatically applied on your Service End Date.

What Happens If You "Activate Now" Instead of Reserving

If you choose to not reserve but instead apply the new plan immediately, Straight Talk warns: you will lose any remaining days on your current plan.

Scenario ("$55 plan ends Dec 17, 2025; you want to add a $35 plan early for the second month")

If you add the $35 plan now and put it in Reserve, it will not start immediately. Instead, it will wait and begin on Dec 17, 2025, when your current $55 plan ends.
It won't overlap or "stack" service days unless you choose to activate the plan immediately (which is risky because you'll lose remaining days).

Does straight talk still have the $10 stay connected plan? I recall using that for the second month a year or so ago.

I'm surprised this doesn't get much upvotes. This is vastly cheaper than buying brand new from the store and a better value compare to older phone with lesser number
software support. $250.
What gives?
Apparently everyone is a phone snob and doesn't want to be spotted with a cheaper phone in front of their social circles? This an absolute steal and 90% of people don't give a shyt MagSafe or cameras at different focus points.

It's $199 with in store activation beginning today through 16th. You'll need the two months of at most $55 too. So $310 + taxes for an iPhone 16e with two months of service. I'm hoping I can drop it to the Bronze plan for month two.

Move fast, guy ahead of me bought a shopping cart full of every Airpod Pro 2 they had for Black Friday. It's a shame Walmart isn't controlling that.

That was a really long article whining about no-magsafe which is strange because the SE never had magsafe either.

No, I care about the better dual-camera system with an ultrawide lens, more powerful GPU, brighter display with a Dynamic Island, and MagSafe. Love how you assume it's for "keeping up appearances."

That's all about the old unlock policy, where you did not have to pay for the second month. This will be like all other Total/Straight Talk deals, which is to say smooth sailing. Buy phone, activate, buy second month, phone will auto-unlock after 60 days.

🛑 Bad Advice 🛑 Please read Boost Mobiles latest terms before you go recommending them to anyone. If someone followed your advice they would A. Not unlock even after 12 months of service and B. Be charged the full retail price $599 + 65 by Boost Mobile. The requiremen is now 3 months on highest plan to avoid being charged full price and 12 months at highest plan for them to grant network unlock.
I bought an iPhone 16e fromBoost in store last month. Does the 3 months requirement apply to in store purchases as well? They have my autopay info but I can just delete it, right?

Great little phone that punches way above its weight class. Got the StraightTalk one at launch for $299 with the 50% off plan price. Kept the service for a few months then switched to the crazy 1 year unlimited US Mobile deal for $300.

Apple is selling this unlocked for $599.99. This deal is better...way better and cheaper by 30%+ at the expense of waiting 60 days. That before MLK's day.
