32GB RAM good, $1750 bad, but these aren't commonly stocked retail units so I guess this is as good as it gets this BF.

16" / 48GB / 512GB has been at $2450 for months

That extra $700 buys you a FAR better laptop

woot has a m3pro 16inch with 36GB ram for 1500 if you can take 36GB. Otherwise you probably need to hunt around for an m3max or m4pro 14inch refurb

Most people keep laptops for 3 years. $700/3 years is $233 per year.

Most people would pay $233 a year for 3 years for a MUCH better laptop.

Literally, less than $20 a month.

There's always crap refurbs from Woot/Amazon/Best Buy if you cant afford it.

man i don't know what to tell you but this is quite literally why America is the most indebted nation in the entire world, go figure. if you don't want to finance creep yourself into debt, buy whatever you need instead of "the next great thing" divided into 36 months

If you cant afford the better laptop that's ok.

Ill continue to buy whatever i need, like a brand new iPhone Pro Max every year because I can and because why not
