Okay, so this or one of the Hisense U6 or U7 TVs. The 55" U6 will be sub $500 and the U7 will be $550 for the holidays. I under this LG is oled and the others are not. I just want a PC monitor.

Does anyone know if the 42" C5 LG will go back down to $700 for the season? Or an oled that is similar level from other makers.

I picked this up and it's nice. However I want it as a monitor and it's too big. I should have waited for the 42 to come down. Maybe that will convince someone else to not think it can be a good monitor. It's your whole desk.

lol get a bigger desk? jk, I had to install a keyboard pullout tray under the desk just so that my 42" would be from a comfortable distance.

Also a monitor mount so that I can push the monitor back closer to the wall.

Yes, as someone who has had a 42" C2 for a few years now I can't imagine using a 48". My only complaint with the 42" is that I'd like a second monitor but just no feasible place to put it.

I did the same, and same. Have a big desk and even then I looked like a cat following a laser pointer as I dragged my mouse across the screen

This is a smoking deal if you like me have been looking for a decent 50ish inch TV due to size constraints.

Been using a 48" CX OLED as my monitor for 5 years and love it. It all depends on what you want and the room you have.

Killer deal for this size, specifically because it's exclusive to best buy for the B-Series

Bought one for a family room TV that needed to be no larger than 50" to fit the space we intend for it

Anyone know of a way to vertically dual mount this? I have a 48" C2 for both my bedroom TV and gaming monitor. I have 3 PCs connected to it, but I can only use 1 PC at a time. I'd love to use my gaming or Linux PC + workstation at the same time.

Just mount the brackets sideways. Instead of VESA 300 x 200, it'd be 200 x 300

They have adjustable holes on wall mounts and such to accommodate nearly any VESA configuration within a given range.

I've been looking at the TCL QM6K… is this one better or right on par with that one?

This or the Hisense U7 for similar price. Judging by rting reviews , B5 brightness is dim, will that be big issue?
edit : seems like 2 weeks ago they were $20 cheaper , gonna wait for better price

Yeah that the only "drawback" in my particular situation, since it would sit atop of a 22.5" wide drawer.

Found a vesa compatible center stand for $22 bucks that will hopefully get low enough to fit within the 31.5" height restraint I have.
