If you have a Target 365 account, you can get an additional $15 bonus. Add the gift card to your holiday wish list, and buy the card FROM THE WISHLIST. Don't add it to your cart separately or you won't get the $15 bonus. This can be combined with the $10 promo. I received both the $10 GC and $15 Circle Rewards from ONE $100 GC purchase. Note the $15 bonus is ONE TIME ONLY.

That's how it usually works, I'm surprised they gave you the discount. The third party GC is discounted by the Target GC amount, and they charge you for the Target GC.

Only 3 GC per individual / RED card I suppose. Tried alt accounts with same RED Card but orders get cancelled immediately.
