These deals are present in Osprey website as well. Which place is best purchase these, if I want to return/exchange or use warranty protections for wear and tear?

Maybe it's just me, but this one looks cheaply made. I've got a few Ospreys, and the materials on this one look "thin" if that makes sense.

Got this and returned. Straps felt awkward and uncomfortable. The bag layout is mediocre.

I felt the same! Ended up going on a few work trips and sadly missed the return window. Now I'm stuck with this backpack.

I have this bag and love it. Granted mine may be slightly different because it's a few years old. Great price and I use it strictly for work (black variant).

I have a couple of older Osprey packs and bought one of these Axis 24 bags a month or two ago on a similar deal expecting to get something of similar quality, I ended up returning it as it really was thin in comparison to my other packs. It was especially noticeable on the bottom of the bag where it was a single thin layer of nylon with no padding. I also didn't particularly like the layout/size of the pockets and it felt significantly less premium than my other Osprey packs, very disappointing.

awesome deal, not sure what the complaints are about the layout--it's pretty much exactly like my Osprey Nebula and the 26+6 that I used to have...it's smaller so a little more simple. I paid $55 for it on sale a few months ago after waiting a while for a sale price. gets better reviews at 4.8 than the others I paid a lot more for, take that for what it's worth. it's a compact simple pack without a lot of bells and whistles.

Heard good things about Osprey - Says 16" but will this fit my 17" HP omen?
