15W Qi2 is obsolete, so I expect we'll be seeing a lot more of these deals. 25W Qi2.2 is a lot more power.

Obsolete? Considering most people's phones are still qi1, and there are very few phones with qi2.2, that doesn't seem likely.

True, only iPhone 17s and other phones support Qi2.2, however with the next phone upgrade users may regret that they bought a 15W charger. I am already trying to replace all my 15W chargers. So it's obsolete to me, but maybe not to you, until your next upgrade. But I'd rather future proof when possible.

You keep using that word... I do not think it means what you think it means.

My pixel 10 pro XL uses 25 watt charging but also my pixel 10 pro XL has incredible battery life. I use a 10 watt charger and never have I thought it needed to charge faster. So yeah I guess if the price was like $10 or something like that I might get a 2.2 but definitely not obsolete by any stretch of the imagination for anybody.

My phones also have amazing battery life. Here are a few reasons you may want a faster charger:
1. In and out of your hotel room/office/bedroom/bathroom
2. In and out of your car
3. Multiple family members/friends wanting to charge or just multiple phones
4. Combination of above

Or you could just plug it in. My phone charging peaks at 40W, so 15W is relatively slower when the phone is low enough to take 40W.

Anyway if slower charging is fine for you, enjoy the deals as they discount these older devices. I'd rather future proof.
