Also its included (no charge) if you have walmart+. Since wlamrt+ is $50 right now better to sign up for that and then buy the tires.

The warranty is tied to the tire, not your membership. But I do not have W+ so I'm going by what they have on their site.
"Limited to tire(s) purchased & installed at Walmart Auto Care Centers. Active Walmart+ membership required at time of purchase & installation."
"You must be an active trial or paid Walmart+ member when you purchase & have your tires installed at a Walmart Auto Care Center to receive the road hazard warranty. The warranty is tied to the purchase of the tire."
These are pretty quiet as long as you rotate them on time and keep the air pressure correct.

Kumho Solu TA31 is an extremely quiet tire capable of lasting 55K-60K miles.
Walmart's tire installation can be good or horribly bad (road noise, etc...). I mount and static balance each tire to 1/8 oz. The Reliants come in H and V speed rating. Avoid H due to weak tire construction.
Have 2017 Sumitomo tires (195/60/15H). No cracks or sidewall bulge. Excellent rubber chemistry in the old days to resist rubber breakdown.
I actually could borrow my aunts costco card so can go to them too.

Those are a grand touring tire. So they will offer better performance traction but give up a lot of lifespan and also be a little louder.
I wouldn't expect much on the prorate, though.
Also, I called some tire shops around town to see if they could price match, this must be a Walmart-only tire because none of them could even get it and none of them could come close on price ($50+ difference)
outlast carries a 80k mile warranty.
reliant has a UTQG of 600 a a.
outlast has a UTQG of 800 a b.
UTQG (uniform tire quality grade) can easily be understood as follows:
the number = the treadwear (life of the tire).
the first letter = the tires traction (stopping ability on a wet road).
the second letter = the tires ability to handle heat buildup.
