I could be wrong but amazon one is 8MP and costco one is 12MP. not sure how significant differences there are..

i think the costco deal maybe better + extra warramty - costco is newer 12mp camera w better night vision all for $600 - i bought it and i will add more cameras to it -the 12mp are around $95 a piece but the 8mp are on sale 2 for $120 on reolink w coupon from SD- Reolink nvr and camera are all inter-compatible.

Costco iirc used to have a great deal on security camera returns.
Double check it, was the best return policy around a few years back when I was watching for deals

I believe the Costco cameras have no SD card slots. They can be returned anytime, they are under the general costco return policy (I asked at return counter). They go on sale down to $650 occasionally.

Do you recall When they last went on sale or how often? I'm planning to buy one in next 5 months and if it's going to on sale I'll hold off hoping to save $150.

I cant predict the future, but ive seen it on sale few times+ in the year. I would wait. At least $100 off.

Also check with Amazon and Reolink website during sales if you want the doorbell, floodlight cameras, or something thats not included in costco kit. Also know that costco models dont have SD card so you need the nvr for recording. There was heavy discounts on their site and Amazon last black Friday and xmas, like ~30% off.
