I love these. Something to note: these boxes should be kept upright but Amazon packers and delivery people don't care. With some of their other syrups, I've experienced leaks which soaks through the outer package at times. With the Pepsi branded bottles, I haven't experienced any massive leaks even if they were delivered upside down. I only order the Pepso and Starry flavors now.

Well, if you can't stand the taste of artificial sweeteners, you should stay away.

Please convince me these sirups make sense to purchase.
I own several soda stream machines and can't see a financial reason to purchase these
These 4 bottles make total 36 Liters add bottled water and CO2 cylinder exchange at 18+tax price and it will come to about something like $36 plus tax.
36 Liters of 2 Liter Pepsi on sale in store comes to $27+tax. (Special price of $1.50/2L bottle with digital coupon at Kroger as an example)
I understand CO2 makes up to 60L, up to in my case is no more than 40-45L. ( my internet is up to 2Gbits and yet I get 800Mbits on downlink -side note for the phrase of up to...).
So why should I buy this Pepsi flavor?

Wait until you realize these are on sale and at normal prices the 2l bottles blows them away I terms of value and taste…

Honestly I keep using it for novelty. I think nothing beats the taste of soda from a can. My partner and I get a small delight from making a bottle of fizzy drink with one of the 2-4 flavors we keep in stock once or twice a week. I think unless you do the large C02 canister, it's not really cost effective. It's also nice if you use it for seltzer and buy basic seltzer flavors

My problem with the Sodastream Pepsi is that the "sugared" version contains sucralose, so the soda almost tastes "diet." Personally, I get real High Fructose Corn Syrup/Cane Sugared versions instead of Soda.

Tastes way better.

I likely won't convince you, but here's how I think about it. I generally get closer to 12 liters from each bottle. I only buy when they are on sale for around $4-$4.50 a bottle. I use Simpli Soda for exchange which comes out to $13 per Co2 bottle. Each Co2 lasts me 3-4 weeks. All of it shipped to my house without me buying lots of 2 liter bottles. I have good tap water with a filter already, so not using bottled water. So, for 12 liters of soda I'm paying $4.50 for syrup and ~$4.50 for Co2. Total $9.00. At normal prices here, for 6 2L bottles, I'm paying $15 ($2.50 each). So I come out ahead. If I can get 2L on sale for $1.50 or less, they become the better deal. I also don't have to worry about where I'm putting a bunch of 2L bottles around the house or in the fridge.

To make it worthwhile for convenience and price you need to buy a 20# CO2 cylinder and convert your machine, with an $20 adapter, to use commercial CO2. You need to stop buying the small Sodastream CO2 cylinders which are a rip off. You can carbonate about 1000 liters of water with one 20# CO2 cylinder so it's basically free as a refill of a 20# CO2 cylinder at a welding supply store is under $30.
