After I used my PayPal account the first time, I went ahead and added a second PayPal account to the same Google Amount. Bought a $25 eBay Gift and got 1000 points on the second PayPal account.
$30 GC for $10 is not bad. Thanks to the person who reminded about the third party Gift cards on the Google Play.
