They have been known to refuse returns on their own DOA open box sales, but I've had no problems buying new from them.

I have the old Wifi 6E version of this router. I bought it because I didn't want to run multiple access points (mainly because of cost) and I didn't want to have any additional points of failure. Networking is tough for a lot of people. I just wanted a simple do it all and have great signal. Plus it has adguard built in at the router level. I don't have to set it up on a bunch of devices now.
