Ring sizing kit for smart rings. It was $10 and came with a $10 BB gift card. This way you could add the gift card balance to your account and no longer have to worry about the short expiration date of the original promotional certicate.Looks like, from comments here, that may no longer work the same way (or at all).

Thank you for confirming! I was in the same situation, had an order cancel then lost e-cert, went to chat and was asked to make an order while in chat to get refund offer, but chat was cut off while trying to make an order. Good to know they'll offer a refund to replace lost e-cert. Will try again later.

Twice this has happened to me and I never got the coupon back.
Twice BBY cancelled my order, not me and they still left my coupon as pending....forever.

This last time I had to beg them to give me a credit but they insisted that I first place another order.
