For those (like me) asking what in the world would you use this for, sounds like it's for vegans who need the butter flavor without butter particularly in baked goods.

A very well known Chicago popcorn shop made the butter flavor with coconut oil and salt.

I'm not a vegan, but I use it in my 5 flavor pound cakes. Butter, rum, lemon, coconut, vanilla. I also mix it with 2 parts vanilla extract if I'm too cheap to buy the magic line brand of butter vanilla.

My plan is to use it with my bread machine since I typically use oil instead of butter (much cheaper)
