I am not sure about gen 10, I have a Gen 8 Legion 5 and I thought it would be small from the photos, but it isn't at all. I also have a Legion Tower 7, and it's a suit case. I love both of them, never had a bit of trouble from either. The Legion 7 is a 3070ti, if that tells you how old it is, and has ran pretty much 24/7 since then. I am thinking of replacing it with this actually.

it's not a full sized desktop but I wouldn't say its "small". 30L is right there in the name.
