The rebate conditions sound like each 5 qts needs to be on a separate receipt. Can I buy multiple in one transaction?

I would never use a 0w even for hybrids, these oil are too thin and will cause damage to engine all for the small increase in fuel economy. Not worth the risk.
My car manual says to use 0w-20

Any reason this wouldn't work in a non-hybrid engine?
It'll blow up your engine engine valve flux capacitor.

if you are putting this garbage thin 0W-20 in your car, you should sell it and ride the bus
it's literally the only weight Honda uses now.

Toyota goes even thinner.

I'll just go back in time before it happens.

i think OP's description should be updated. There may be some regionality to pricing, but the price listed is net of or after deducting the gift card value. In addition, it appears it is a $15 gift card to AutoZone only, so if you are not going to be buying products at AutoZone subsequently, it may not be for you. There is some decent pricing on 0w-20 oil at BJs and Walmart right now without rebates FWIW.

Who you gonna listen to? Some internet boomer who uses 10w-40 in every car and changes it at 3000 miles or the engineers who designed the engine?

It'll work but doesn't have the full benefits as full synthetic since hybrid oils are 75% synthetic even though it says full synthetic. Just as blend is not 50/50

Fwiw. Saw this video last night, pretty informative on the intent of 0w-20 vs 5w-30. https://youtu.be/pdQxer5U2Ng?si=e3bPas1iOa6dintH
