They are not going to tell you that an open box, used, or refurbished item doesn't come with a manufacturer's warranty; that's just common knowledge or a lack thereof. You only get a manufacturer's warranty if it's new or certified refurbished and from an authorized reseller. Moreover, if Joel Schmoel is selling on Amazon, Newegg, etc., and it's new but Joel Schmoel is not an authorized reseller, then there is no manufacturer's warranty. It's just the way it works.

none of the nvidia manufacturers cover warranty on open box or refurbished items

It doesn't have better cooling. Looks are subjective but if you think $80 more for LEDs is worth it then you're the ideal sucker for them. Go buy your open box, overpriced, missing warranty 5070 ti like a good little consumer boy.
