These work okay. I had two of them and used them daily. They broke after about a year. If you want this for you neck, it has no heat elements in the neck area so will not do anything there, plus this is heavy so will add stress to your neck. The shoulder contact is meh. The back is where it works good. I would have one on my back and sit on the other one for lower back and legs. They get warm so I would put a throw blanket over them.

I wish SD would improve/remove the "original" comparison price that's shown next to the sale price. It misleads users. Sure, a percentage of ppl will be tricked into buying bc they think it's a better deal than it really is, but what does that do to the reputation of SD? Because that original price is always so far off base, it makes it useless information to even display to users.

These work okay. I had two of them and used them daily. They broke after about a year. This is nice, and works better than many heating pads I have used. I used it occasionally, but one day it just quit. I took apart the plastic cover, over the electrical connection, and could see one very small wire had broken loose. I don't have a small enough soldering iron to fix it, and don't know how to hold the wire in place while soldering it, or I would attempt to fix it. I bought a second one, about 6 months ago, and got the extended warranty, this time.

Looks like normal price for these things on amazon is around $30.

There are several listed in the $25 price range
