They were around $12 each when ordering the 2-pack last month. Still a very good price at 16.

Can you use these sensors and the flood ones without a subscription or ring base?

Suggest you do your own homework but someone in another thread stated these can be set off by other loud sounds. If you don't have a sub and no one is home that means your alarm is going off for a while.... Kept me from ordering one, went with motion sensors instead.

Pretty sensitive if you ask me but I'm okay with that. They can be set to "listen" & trigger the alarm on any Ring mode you choose. My kids would set them off when slamming something against the table or dropping something on the wood floor.

Rings partnership with Flock should be enough reason to not buy any Ring products. Even if these were free, I would not use them.

Yes, you can pair it directly with zwave. You will need to set configuration 11 (enable detection) to enable, otherwise by default it won't do anything

Yes...but also dont put dishes in sink to hard while your alarm is set. Great way to wake up your family during your late night snacking.

If the ring devices are older then you are possibly getting notifications for free (happens with older blink devices as well)Newer devices are definitely subscription locked
If you add/replace any of the older devices with newer, you will have the subscription paywall
