Others are trashing this comparing it to Walmart's deal but this one is Gold Titanium, so a completely different watch. Not saying it's better, just that it's different.
That being said, I decided to get the series 11 gold titanium on eBay (open box) for a little more.

No it's the 10 gps+cell but it's with the aluminum case and black band. This one has a sapphire screen which is the biggest difference and titanium case. Walmart deal is still a much better than this imo.
Agree, terrible deal compared to Walmart which is sold out for me currently
Fwiw I just ordered the black one from Walmart. This one is a bit different from the Walmart deal at it has a sapphire screen and titanium case.
I think the Walmart deal is better at it's 50%off list vs 28%
I bought a Slate 46 mm titanium last year for $509. It was open box and came with a free Allstate warranty.
Highly recommend the Titanium over aluminum.
But then we had to dump TMobile so we could save over $60 per month and get the watch cellular included free on our two lines on Visible.
Why is the Titanium better than the aluminum? I'm trying to get a Watch for my wife and having a hard time understanding the pros and cons of all the different models

Titanium is a more premium material that is more scratch resistant, has a nice glossy finish that makes the watch look thinner, and also weighs less. The Titanium model also features a sapphire crystal glass that is virtually scratch-proof (the aluminum model uses regular gorilla glass that can get scratched).
Whether or not the price difference is worth it is up to you as you can sometimes find the aluminum model for half the cost of the titanium. The actual internals and performance between the Aluminum and Titanium models are basically identical although the Titanium only comes in GPS+Cellular. The markup cost is purely for: aesthetics, weight, cellular, and scratch resistance.

FYI. Traded my Ultra in to Apple. Just too bulky. This series 10 titanium is awesome. Miss the action button though.
