Macro is really bad for weightloss or cut. Very little protein for 240 calories. 4 slice of wheat bread will give u more protein with the same calories lol.

I'm not trying to lose or gain weight. Just trying to get some nutrition during times I'd normally skip a meal due to inconvenience

All but 2g of protein comes from the milk. You'd be just about as good drinking just 8 ounces of whole milk.
