Look at the bottom of the Costco app where you'll see Explore, Shop, Account, Warehouse, and Cart. Click on Warehouse then search by description or item number. If nothing comes up then your warehouse is OOS. You can change the search location to check nearby warehouses.

Community Reviews

Costco's Apple Watch Ultra 2 clearance is a real in store find, with the black titanium and natural titanium models both showing up at $449.97 in some warehouses. The watch is praised as a strong value for its brighter screen, longer battery life, and cellular capability, and the app item numbers 1778365 and 1778361 help locate the two configurations. Inventory is highly location dependent, though, and online or phone checks often lag or miss stock entirely. The best results come from checking the Warehouse tab in the Costco app, then confirming in person at the kiosk or with an associate.

Buyers chasing a clearance Ultra 2 in a specific color, because black and natural titanium units were still turning up at individual warehouses.
PowerfulWing9037 Manikmg marjun7 husker2010
Costco members willing to check warehouse inventory in person, because app results can miss stock and the watch may be sitting behind the display.
StoneUnder Skutch Henrythewound
Frequent hikers and outdoor exercisers who want longer battery life and a brighter screen, because the Ultra 2 adds those upgrades over standard Apple Watch models.
quitwhining shoots87scores
Shoppers who want a rugged watch with cellular available but optional, because cellular activation is not required and the battery life is much better.
shoots87scores quitwhining

Shoppers who need reliable stock visibility before driving over, because the app, kiosk, and phone confirmations can disagree.
craichead HonestSofa178 suryatakkella11 rebop
Buyers expecting the watch to be easy to find online, because Costco search often shows nothing even when warehouse inventory exists.
StoneUnder mychoicesz jjmt
People who want a guaranteed same-day pickup, because low-stock listings can disappear before opening or turn out to be display-only units.
FeistySardine5440 ObsidianRouge415 IndigoTank427
Shoppers who need a specific color on demand, because some warehouses had only one finish or sold out of black while natural remained available.
TealPickle264 husker2010 Zukmeister

The Costco app warehouse search can help locate Ultra 2 units when online listings show none.
jjmt jjmt SiennaAction421 Vile
In-store clearance pricing can be confirmed at checkout after using the digital kiosk and asking staff to verify stock.
craichead Skutch danteshors ge0h
Some warehouses show specific Ultra 2 configurations as available, including the black Titanium with Black Ocean Band item number 1778365.
jjmt rastatech PowerfulWing9037 RussellR9553
Cellular activation is not required, and battery life is reported to be much better.
shoots87scores

Costco app inventory can lag or be inaccurate, including cases where the app shows stock but the store kiosk or phone call says out of stock.
rastatech craichead HonestSofa178 rebop
Some stores may only display Ultra 3 units, requiring an associate to retrieve the clearance Ultra 2 and the sale label.
stryder9 StoneUnder ObsidianRouge415
The clearance price and availability can vary by location, with some regions reporting no Ultra 2 units in nearby warehouses.
slgraff TenseSofa9159 craichead
Returned or display-related units may be unavailable for sale even after checkout steps, including cases where locked-room inventory shows none.
rebop IndigoTank427 mdrbestok

Common Questions (5)

Yes. Several stores showed no stock online or in the app but had units in person, and the kiosk or app can lag behind actual inventory. It can help to ask an associate to check the item number or look at the digital kiosk in-store before giving up.
TealPickle264 StoneUnder craichead Henrythewound
The clearance price shown in the thread is $449.97, but some locations showed different online prices or only one color at that price. Black and Natural Titanium both appeared at some warehouses, while other stores showed one model at a higher listed price or no inventory at all.
mjodotcom druthadamaja PowerfulWing9037 Lannister91
Low stock can still mean a sellable unit is available, but it can also mean the display model or a returned item that cannot be sold. The safest move is to have an associate verify the item number and physically confirm stock before paying.
rebop ge0h ObsidianRouge415 IndigoTank427
Use the Costco app's Warehouse section, not the online store search. Search by the item number or description, and if nothing appears, that warehouse is likely out of stock; you can change the location zip code or city/state to check nearby stores.
jjmt jjmt SiennaAction421 EfficientLlama8097
The Black Titanium Case with Black Ocean Band is item 1778365 (MX4P3LW/A), and the Natural Titanium with Blue Trail Loop is item 1778361 (MX4L3LW/A). Those item numbers are what to enter in Warehouse inventory search or give to an associate when checking stock.

A Costco near me has one in low stock. Do I have to call to confirm availability or I have to drive 30 miles to find out in person?
