Good deal but fyi I've seen this pair pop up in open box woot multiple times past couple of weeks. ~170 range and maybe lower.

Also, be aware that the XM5 has a major issue with the hinges that have been known to break without warning. IMO, probably better off getting the XM4 or waiting for a deal on the XM6.

Even Costco cleared these for $200 (with $30 Apple GC) more than a year ago.

These headphones are listed for $210 new on eBay. I wonder how they can sell it for less and still make a profit! eBay fees are crazy - 15 percent I think.

Was going through the same dilemma at the store yesterday. The only reason I went for Bose was the portability. It is quite compact when compared to the XM5.
