At Target in Battle Creek Michigan, a sign was hung that said "games $9.99" by the board games. No restrictions or fine print. Tried on "Everdell" and it rang up at full price. Was able to go to service desk and purchase an $80 game for $9.99 after showing picture of sign as unclear advertising. Unsure if issue was corrected.
Edit: not sure if my pictures went through or not.
Edit 2: I did not make a fuss about it or complain. I kindly asked the question of is this included in the sale, I didn't see any restrictions listed. Employees seemed to not care- looked at the picture and immediately rang me up.
