Picked this up last January. Enormous and Gorgeous. Absolutely Zero regrets. Dont think you'll get a better price on this model, if you're thinking about it, I highly recommend.

Would BB still help with installing my wall mount if I was to buy the wall mount from another retailer but buy this TV from BB?
As long as the mount works with the tv, yes they will install it. I was told the Sanus 65-140" is a good one for this.

I would jump on it! If the price drops, BB can deliver the new one, and pick up the other while there for return processing.
Ordered, total sh!tshow. It ended up being a grubby display model with almost 2k hours on it. I couldn't believe it and the store did nothing to rectify the situation. They also made me wait around for over an hour because they couldn't figure out what TV it was... it was actually in the display spot where a QM8 was supposed to be. 100% terrible experience lol. I called corporate to complain and they basically did nothing either.

Wow...The QM8K just jumped from $2999 to $4999 on BB. That's crazy.

Got the same question. Extremely hard to decide between the QM7K vs U7 or QM8K vs U8.
My budget is $2500 for 100" TV. Any help is appreciated.
Personally, I went with the UM7K (98 inch) for the basement TV room and with the UM8K (65 inch) for an upstairs tv where bright light is a pain. Both TV's are spectacular for brightness, deep inky blacks, solid gaming features, etc.TCL all day, if you want my two cents. 🙌🏼

I bought the 98" QM7k in October from bestbuy and had them install a wallmount from monoprice and mount it for free. The box is huge and heavy, so definitely worth buying from somewhere that will install for free and clean up packaging. They did a good job fwiw.

I absolutely love this TV. I debated between this, the qm8k, and the hisense equivalents. If you want my advice, just get this and don't look back. 2k for a tv of this quality is almost unbelievable. The only main benefit of the QM8k is it's brighter, but the QM7k at max is already too bright in many instances in a dark room. I can't imagine needing anything brighter. I've had a few people comment and think it is an OLED. Local dimming is fantastic. If it fits in your house, just get it.

Where are you seeing this? I added to cart and selected Prime Credit card, but didn't see the additional discount.

I went to Bestbuy to see if they price match with nfm, currently advertised at $1839. The first sale guy said no. I talked to another more friendlier sale person and said I would buy 2 Tvs. He punched in some number in his computer and said he will price match if I buy the $50 BestBuy membership plus. The membership comes with 60 day price protection and a bunch of other benefits. He said if I use Bestbuy credit card, I can get 10% worth of rewards which about $360. So I bought 2 Tvs with free delivery and installation. Total is $3680($1840 each) + $50 membership + sale tax - $360 (worth of rewards points). Not too bad in my opinion.
