I got the 98" QM7K from bestbuy and it does not have this issue, or any other issue that I'm aware. Just adding my own personal experience

I've had a few people comment and think it is an OLED. Local dimming is fantastic. If it fits in your house, just get it.

Thanks... Ended up getting BB to price match NFM for just a bit more (1830). Worth it to me with the delivery+install, plus I don't have prime anymore and didn't feel like reactivating haha.

This tv has the hole pattern justified near the bottom of the TV, so keep that in mind. The holes begin about 3" from the bottom of the TV!
