The costco one has a soft case. This one (the standard one) has a semi-rigid case. That's the only difference.

I missed that it was the Ultra! Thanks again for sharing!

I prefer the regular ones (QuietComfort) because they have physical buttons. Touch is an anti-pattern IMO. But that's just personal preference.
