Good to see this fall below msrp. Honestly though, I think this really needs to be a $500 GPU to make it recommendable. I would either go down to the RTX 5070 for $500 or less, or step up to the RX 9070 XT for $600. It's just hard to recommend unless the price goes down a little more.

That's what the word on the street is. That being said, even with relative pricing I would still opt for one of the other two. This is still a great GPU though. I just think it needs more of a price gap between it and its XT big brother.
I checked elsewhere because wccftech likes to report rumors, but yeah, seems like VRAM is being affected, too :/. When I last heard about this a week-ish ago it was supposed to be limited to DRAM.
