Quit forcing us to use the new view!

I'm a Slickdeals original from way back in the early days.
Back when everyone got the "classic" view and I still prefer that option.
Why force us to use the new look, why do you care?
The last couple days every single time I hit the website it's forcing me to jump thru hoops to use the classic view. My account stays logged in so it's not that causing the problem.
Then I have to go to the bottom right and select "classic" view TWICE. Why?
It's really a pain in the ass!
