The Reviews for CyberPower PCs reveal they tend to cut corners every place possible to get the best the flashy items for less. Warranty work will also likely be slower. If you are comfortable swapping out fans, PSUs, and handing issues yourself w/o waiting months to get your PC back from warranty work....it's a better deal. The nice thing is everything is standard so you can swap out easily.
High-End Dells have better components and you can even upgrade to next day on-site work. They tend to be less friendly for swapping around your own parts.
Although this Alienware is tempting since it has the 5080 card. Is there a breakdown anywhere of what manufacturer parts they use for their builds (motherboard and graphics card)?

I've had the same model Aurora for 6 months now; with half the storage/memory (1TB SSD/32GB) and haven't had any issues with it.
This looks to be a fantastic deal, especially when you consider Dell's decent warranties. Plus, you can get $100 off if you use AMEX (look at AMEX offerings to see if you qualify), and if you get the 10% off Dell coupon, that makes this deal come out to about $2150. Not sure if anything else out there beats these specs for this value.
I have tried everything to resolve the issue. Swapped RAM, swapped SSD's, unplugged all addon I/O, reformatted twice, blew out fans. Nothing has fixed the issue, and this has been going on for two months with the OS freezing/unfreezing intermittently.
I'm currently waiting on a new laptop battery, since the current one is reporting a critical fault according to Lenovo Vantage app, so hopefully that might resolve the issue. If that doesn't work, then I have no clue what's causing the problem. Possibly a motherboard fault, or Windows 11 is just a total piece of crap and their latest build is causing the issue like I've seen many others claim. If the battery does no fix the issue, I might go back to Window 10 to see if that resolves the issue, if that doesn't work, then I just might sell the laptop informing buyers of the issues and just see what I can get for it.
