From my experience, I would not purchase Dyson product through ebay as their customer service is non existent.

V9 only came with motorbar, nozzle and crevice tool. It does the job for what I need and our office has low pile carpet.
It really depends on what your needs are but then again, buying through dyson/ebay is a gamble. I received a non working unit and it was dirty. Had ebay intervene so I can return the non working unit back because dyson customer service was non existent. That was the last time I've purchased dyson product through ebay.
I bought a refurbished Dyson AirWrap four years ago and have been using it daily. Still going pretty strong. But based on what I read online, many folks had issues with the refurb V15.
Otherwise $299.99.

I used Capital One which is currently offering 6.5% cash back
