It is 'normal' to claim mWh instead of mAh for this kind of chemistry.
Don't like it, divide mWh/1.5 > mAh

Posted this review in another identical 'deal' about 2 months ago.
Tests done with a constant current dis-charger from 0.5A > 2.0A in 0.5A increments.
This is not "They seem to work", or "they don't work in solar lights or radios" review.
Lots of people don't understand how these work. Do you homework or be disappointed.

Battery storage devices where voltage is converted (in this case, a 3.7v lipo converted down to 1.5v) are most accurately rated in mWh which is why all rechargeable lithium AA's are rated this way.

It also sounds better too 😉

mAh = (Wh × 1000) / V

[Bought without charger a month ago (I have 3 other chargers that work for this kind of cell.)
Results:
1880mAh @0.5A-81% of claimed capacity
1700mAh @1.0A-73%of claimed capacity
1575mAh @1.5A-68%of claimed capacity
1370mAh @2.0A-59%of claimed capacity
At 2.0A they were more in the 60% of claimed capacity.

THIS MODEL DOES HAVE A VOLTAGE STEP DOWN.
It drops to ~1.1v for around 480mAh.
This allows SOME devices to notify the user that the voltage has dropped instead of cutting off abruptly like most Li AA batteries.
MUCH longer time spent at 1.1v, at the expense of less time spent at 1.5v.
Voltage sensitive devices will see less capacity.

If you read the 3* reviews you'll see some people are getting what appear to be defective batteries. All mine work.....so far. Long term reliability and self-discharge are unknown.

Would you say these are okay for devices that prefer 1.5V batteries or no? For example bright headlamps or electronic toys.
