Looks like they want to offer deals on stuff that's sitting in warehouses and can just go out for delivery locally.

Makes sense!
We live in Delaware, and it seems like not regional pricing has become more prevalent around here.
Even stores like Target, Food Lion and Aldi (as well as the old standby PITA's, Lowes's & Home Depot!!!) have been doing it with their own stores...
For example, Aldi & Food Lion in Sussex County have very different pricing than Kent.
Anyone in the retail biz have insight on this?
