"Offer Period": Starts on October 6, 2025, at 12:00:00 a.m. PT and ends on the earlier of December 31, 2025, at 11:59:59 p.m. PT or when the maximum number of PayPal Rewards Points available under this Offer for all Eligible Participants is reached.
"Special Offer Period": Starts on November 17, 2025, at 12:00:00 a.m. PT and ends on the earlier of December 8, 2025, at 11:59:59 p.m. PT or when the maximum number of PayPal Rewards Points available under this Offer for all Eligible Participants is reached.
How it Works: The Offer allows Eligible Participants to earn PayPal Rewards Points ("Points") equivalent to 5% cash back on one or more Eligible Purchases during the Offer Period up to $5,000 spent. Eligible Participant must save the Offer through the Invitation once and then successfully complete one (1) or more Eligible Purchases during the Offer Period. For each Eligible Purchase, each Eligible Participant will receive a maximum of 25000 Points, which can be redeemed for $250 cash or other options (the "Reward") per Eligible Purchase. Reward will no longer be earned once the Offer Period has ended. There is a maximum total of 1,500,000,000 Points available under this offer for all Eligible Participants who have saved the offer and made an Eligible Purchase. Rewards will no longer be available once this limit is reached. If the maximum total of Points available is reached before the end of the Offer Period, this offer will end early.
During the Special Offer Period, Eligible Participants will earn Points equivalent to 20% cash back on one or more Eligible Purchases up to $1,250 spent.
The receipt and redemption of Points is subject to the PayPal Rewards Agreement.
"Eligible Purchase(s)": Eligible Purchases are purchases made using either Pay in 4 or Pay Monthly that are completed during the Offer Period by an Eligible Participant who has saved the Offer. Eligible Purchases do not include: (1) purchases that are marked as "pending" as of the end of the Offer Period, (2) purchases with Pay in 4 where the first payment has not been successfully processed, (3) any purchase or portion of a purchase that involves a payment method other than Pay in 4 or Pay Monthly; (4) purchases made at a merchant who enrolled in Pay Later within 30 days prior to the start of the promotion; and (5) any purchase involving non-profit organizations, gambling, security brokers/dealers, foreign currency/money orders, and stored value cards. Satisfaction of Eligible Purchase criteria will be determined solely by PayPal.
Reward Redemption: Reward should be available in Eligible Participant's Account Overview section of the PayPal Account to redeem for cash and other redemption options within fourteen (14) days after qualifying to receive the Reward, although may take longer. See the "Redeeming Points" section of the PayPal Rewards Agreement for details.
Miscellaneous: Participation in offer is subject to the PayPal User Agreement, PayPal Rewards Agreement and the underlying Pay in 4/Pay Monthly loan agreement (s) to each Eligible Purchase. Similar offers may run at the same time; qualification for this offer does not constitute qualification for any other offer. PayPal is not responsible and/or liable if any e-mail, Reward, or offer-related materials or correspondence are not delivered for any reason. Account Review and Reward Adjustments: PayPal may review accounts and purchases related to this offer at any time.
