Be careful.. this stuff will clean your insides literally with no chance to make it to the bathroom . I tried one can and the the rest the 12 pack sitting here because I'm scared 😆
If a little apple cedar vinegar does that, the issue is with you.

I second this. They are effectively a fiber bomb with 33% daily fiber in a single can. Some flavors have marshmallow root and slippery elm bark in them which turn your colon into a slip n slide.

Didn't do anything for me, so depends on person to person. I even tried 2 in a day

Sir I ain't never felt this way like I was old and needed depends ever before in my life 😂 .. most especially since it was a work day was why I was issuing a warning to new ppl trying this for the first time.
If it can affect me it can also have that affect on others as well period .
If you have a Costco near by the 15 pack is about $14 (started yesterday) and they have these flavors and the Holidays one which are Vintage Cola, Crisp Apple and Ginger

18g of fiber is far from the daily fiber you should be getting. Unless you weight 50lbs
Stevia causes an increase in hunger. Allulose causes an increase in liver size. This stuff is bad for you. Better than regular soda? Probably not.
simple google search before spreading bs,
studies in rats have shown that excessive and continuous allulose intake can lead to an increase in liver size and weight due to increased glycogen content, but without causing apparent damage or functional abnormalities. This increase in liver weight has been shown to revert to normal levels after allulose consumption ceases. Conversely, studies on obese mice have shown that allulose can reduce liver weight and improve liver fat accumulation.
and for the other one, google says No, studies generally show that stevia does not cause an increase in hunger; in fact, some research suggests it may decrease it. While some earlier studies and concerns suggested sweeteners might increase appetite, recent systematic reviews and controlled trials indicate stevia has no significant effect on overall appetite or may even lower feelings of hunger compared to sugar. Some research has shown a potential for increased desire to eat in specific contexts, but the overall evidence suggests no significant increase in hunger.

Are you joking? Regular soda is straight liquid poison. Acidic sugar syrup with 45 grams of HFCS per can is comparable to this?
Ofcourse, everything in moderation, but just because there are pros and cons to something, you shouldn't dismiss it.
